That Haunted Flat(Jaipur)

This is the year of 2018 when I was living in a flat with my three friends- Diya, Akshita, Shaifali Di. It was a normal furnished flat. Which had two large rooms, a kitchen, and a separate washroom. That flat was quite good in appearance, it was not lacking in anything. Shaifali di used to work in the hdfc bank, so she would leave for office at 9 am. I, Akshita and Diya were doing a course in those days. We used to leave at 8:00 am and return at 1:00 pm from academy. Akshita and Diya had a habit of sleeping during the day, they used to eat and sleep. I could not sleep during the day, so I used to watch hairstyle videos on my mobile or videos on a YouTube channel called 'Fact Tech'. It had been 10 -12 days since we were shifted to that flat. Everything was normal. One day I heard a voice from the kitchen during the day. That sound was like someone is burning a lighter.

And that voice was coming continuous. I ignored it. I heard this voice for a long time. One day I told Akshita, I hear a voice. She said that don’t worry that noise might be coming from our neighbour’s house. But whenever that voice came, I never dared to go to the kitchen. A few months passed after this. There was a balcony. We used to dry our clothes there. One day my top disappeared from there. I also saw the roof of the people around, but I could not find it. A few days later my clothes disappeared again. They never met. Akshita's clothes also went missing. A few days later, Akshita's air phones went missing. It will definitely not taken by any ghost, but Akshita says that she remember that she kept there but when she came back, it was not there. Whatever, we do not know what was happening and who was doing it. I used to scare Akshita and Diya with all these things. I used to enjoy doing so. In those days I joined an office. There we were talking about ghosts in the interval. So I also told my office friends that strange things happen in our flat too. I told them everything in detail. Usha Ma’am and Kalpana was the elder and the matured girls of our office

Hearing my words, she asked me to empty the flat. Words of Kalpana I still remember today, she said - "You are feeling all this fun, all these things are very bad. You also know the disappearance of clothes is not a good thing at all. Empty the flat as soon as possible. Do it if you love your life. " I was a little scared to listen to them. The earliest I went to the flat in the Evening. Akshita and shaifali di used to come by 7:30 pm and Diya at 7:00. As soon as I reached the flat that day, that was very scary moment for me. I quickly turned on all the lights. I kept my bag and without changing the dress, I went to the park. Then Diya came, I went up with her. One day Diya was on leave. She was alone at flat all day. I got her call during the day, she said that she is very scared. She told that a shouting sound came from the other room. On hearing this, I said, do not worry. Nobody is there. Then the same night we thought that we would not stay here. But Shaifali di did not believe in all these things.

And there used to be something bad happening every other day. Sometimes fan, sometimes tube light and sometimes cooler get defected . I have heard ghosts run away from electric things. But this show was spoiling all these things in our house, that something was definitely wrong. I sometimes felt someone around me.

One day the cooler automatically get started by  its own. It was morning.

 

I was sleeping and Diya was in the washroom. Didi and Akshitha used to cook food in the morning, then they were in the kitchen at that time. The cooler of the second room started on its own. Akshita came and stopped, she thought I or Diya would have done it. But as soon as she saw that I am sleeping and Diya is in the room, she got nervous. In those days our exams were also going on. Jyoti used to work in Delhi. She is my best friend Due to the exams, she too stayed on our own flat. I told her all the things. She believed in worship and kept Hanuman ji bhabuti with herself. She put that in the entire flat. Speaking Hanuman Chalisa.

We were four people there, so there was no fear. But I cannot think of living there alone. We stayed there for a full year. A lot of experience I gain. Negative energy was also felt.

There was something wrong which we did not see but was around us. Nor did it ever harm us.

 ये बात है साल 2018 की जब मैं अपने तीन दोस्त दिया, अक्षिता, शैफाली दी  के साथ एक फ्लैट में रह रही थी। वो एक नॉर्मल फर्निश्ड फ्लैट था। जिसमे दो बड़े रूम्स, एक किचन, और सेपरेट वाशरूम था। दिखने में वो फ्लैट काफी अच्छा था, कोई चीज की कमी नहीं थी उसमे। शैफाली दी hdfc बैंक में जॉब करती थी, तो वो  सुबह 9 बजे ही ऑफिस के लिए निकल जाती थी। मैं, अक्षिता और दिया उन दिनों कोर्स कर रहे थे। हम सुबह 8 :00 बजे जाते थे और दोपहर 1:00 बजे वापस आते थे। अक्षिता और दिया को दिन में सोने की आदत थी, तो वो खाना खा के सो जाती थी। मुझे नींद नहीं आती थी दिन में, तो मैं अपने मोबाइल में हेयर स्टाइल वीडियोस या फिर 'फैक्ट टेक' नाम का एक यूट्यूब चैनल है उसके वीडियोस दखती थी। हमे उस फ्लैट में शिफ्ट हुए 10 -12 दिन ही हुए थे।

सब कुछ नार्मल था। एक दिन मुझे दिन में रसोई से एक आवाज आई। वो आवाज ऐसी थी जैसे कोई लाइटर से गैस जला रहा हो। और वो आवाज कंटीन्यूअस आ रही थी। अक्षिता और दिया दोनों  सो रहे थे फिर लाइटर कोन जला रहा था। मैंने इग्नोर किया। ये आवाज मुझे बहुत दिनों तक सुनाई दी। एक दिन मैंने अक्षिता को बोला की यार मुझे आवाज आती है। वो बोली ऐसा कुछ नहीं पास वालो के घर की आवाज होगी।  मैंने कहा हो सकता है और इग्नोर किया। पर जब भी वो आवाज आती थी तो कभी रसोई में जाने की हिम्मत नहीं की।

इसके बाद कुछ महीने निकल गए। वहां एक बॉलकनी थी। हम वहां अपने कपडे सूखाते थे। एक दिन वहां से मेरा टॉप गायब हो गया। मैंने आस पास वालो की छत  भी देखा पर मुझे नहीं मिला। कुछ दिन बाद दुबारा मेरे कपडे गायब हुए। वो कभी नहीं मिले। अक्षिता के कपड़े भी गायब हुए थे। इसके कुछ दिन बाद अक्षिता के एयर फ़ोन गायब हुए। वो तो कोई भूत लेके नहीं जाएगा पर अक्षिता बोलती है की उसको अच्छे से याद था उसने वहीँ रखे थे पर जब वापस आई तो वो वहां नहीं थे। 

खेर हमे नहीं पता ये सब क्या हो रहा था और कौन कर रहा था। मैं तो इन सब बातो से अक्षिता और दिया को डराती थी। ऐसा करने में मुझे बहुत मज़े आते थे। उन्ही दिनों मैंने  एक ऑफिस ज्वाइन किया था। वहां हम लोग सब इंटरवेल में भूत-प्रेतों की बाते कर रहे थे।  तो मैंने भी मेरे ऑफिस फ्रेंड्स को बताया की हमारे फ्लैट में भी अजीब चीजे होती है। सब कुछ डिटेल में बताया। हम सब में उषा दी  और कल्पना सबसे बड़ी और समझदार थी। उन्होंने मेरी बाते सुनकर मुझे उस फ्लैट को खली करने को कहा। कल्पना के वर्ड्स मुझे आज भी याद है, वो बोली - "आपको ये सब मजाक लग रहा है, ये सब चीजे बहुत बुरी होती है। आपको पता भी है कपडे गायब होना बिलकुल भी अच्छी बात नहीं। जितना जल्दी हो सके वहां से फ्लैट खाली करो अगर आपको आपकी लाइफ प्यारी है तो। "

मैं उनकी  बात सुनके थोड़ा डर गयी। सबसे जल्दी फ्लैट पे मैं ही जाती थी इवनिंग में। अक्षिता और दीदी  7:30 बजे तक आते थे और दिया 7:00 बजे।  जैसे ही उस दिन मैं  फ्लैट पे पहुंची बहुत दर लग रहा था। जल्दी से मैंने सारी  लाइट्स ऑन। अपना बैग रखा और बिना ड्रेस  चेंज किये मैं निचे पार्क में जाके बैठ गयी। फिर जैसे ही दिया आयी तो उसके साथ ऊपर गयी। एक दिन दिया की लीव थी। वो पूरा दिन घर ही थी। मुझे उसका कॉल आया दिन में, वो बोली की उसको बहुत डर लग रहा है। उसने बताया की दूसरे रूम में से चिल्लाने की आवाज आयी। उसकी ये बात सुनके मैंने कहा टेंशन मत ले। कोई नहीं है। वो बोली जल्दी आजा। फिर उसी रात हमने सोचा की यहाँ नहीं रहेंगे। पर शैफाली दीदी इन सब बातो में विश्वास नहीं करती थी। 

और वहां हर दूसरे दिन कुछ न कुछ ख़राब होता रहता था। कभी फैन, कभी ट्यूब लाइट तो कभी कूलर। मैंने ऐसा सुना है की भूत इलेक्ट्रिक चीजों से दूर भागते है। पर हमारे यहाँ इन सब चीजों का ख़राब होना तो यही शो कर रहा था की कुछ तो गड़बड़ जरूर है। मुझे कभी कभी मेरे आस पास किसी का होना महसूस होता था। 

एक दिन कूलर अपने आप चल गया। सुबह का वक़्त था। मैं सो रही थी और दीया वाशरूम में थी।  दीदी और अक्षिता सुबह का खाना बनाते थे तो वो उस वक़्त किचन में थे। एकदम से दूसरे रूम का कूलर अपने आप शुर हो गया। अक्षिता जाके बंद करके आई, उसको लगा मैंने या दीया ने किया होगा। पर जैसे ही उसने देखा मैं सो रही हूँ और दीया वहसरूम में है तो वो घबरा गयी। 

उन्ही दिनों हमारे एक्साम्स भी चल रहे थे। ज्योति दिल्ली जॉब करती थी। वो मेरी बेस्ट फ्रेंड है।  एक्साम्स की वजह से वो भी हमारे ही फ्लैट पे रुकी हुई थी। मैंने उसको सारी बातें बताई। वो पूजा पाठ में विश्वास करती थी और खुदके साथ हनुमान जी की भभूत रखती थी। उसने वो भभूत पुरे फ्लैट में जगह जगह डाल  दी। हनुमान चालीसा बोलते हुए। 

हम वहां चार लोग थे इसलिए इतना डर नहीं लगता था। पर अकेले वहां रहने का सोच भी नहीं सकते। पूरा एक साल हम वहां रहे। काफी चीजे एक्सपीरियंस की। नेगेटिव एनर्जी को भी फील किया। 

कुछ तो था वहां जो हमे दीखता नहीं था पर हमारे आस पास था। न ही उसने हमे कभी नुकसान पहुंचाया।
